Sports Premium & Swimming
Please read the information below which gives details of our PE and Sport Premium Grant and how we allocate the funding.
The funding provides additional PE opportunities for all pupils. Extra-curricular clubs are offered to pupils from Reception-Y6 and the majority of pupils in each year group take part.
Our objectives for the Sports Grant are to:
- Broaden the sporting opportunities and experiences open to children.
- Develop a love of sport and physical activity.
- Improve provision of PE at St Mary's Catholic Primary School.
- Improve and educate in the area of healthy and physical well-being.
- Improve and develop CPD Opportunities to allow staff to develop and benefit children of St Mary's
